Grow out your eyebrows

Brianah suggests letting your eyebrows grow out until summer rolls around. This means you shouldn’t be plucking, tweezing, threading, or waxing them in any way.
When you do a little too much to manipulate your eyebrows, you don’t have much eyebrow hair left to work with. Simply leave them alone and don’t touch them for now.
Create a basic skincare routine

Coming up with a basic skincare routine is an absolute MUST if you want to be the prettiest version of yourself.
Brianah says you shouldn’t be running to the makeup store every time you see something new trending on TikTok.
Find a cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen that works for you. Any girlies dealing with hyperpigmentation are also free to pursue vitamin C skin care options if they really want to, Brianah says.
Limit your dairy intake

Dairy can certainly take a toll on your health and beauty if you consume way too much of it all the time.
Unfortunately, dairy products are widely known for causing unwanted acne breakouts and tons of unsightly belly bloating.
If you genuinely care about making a positive change, you’ll have to give cheesy pizza and scoops of ice cream a break for a while.
Up your water and fruit smoothie intake

Brianah explains that drinking more water and fruit smoothies will definitely make a positive difference in your appearance.
One of the differences you’ll notice includes glowing skin! Along with drinking more water and fruit smoothies, you should also be aware of what you’re consuming in terms of your diet.
She reiterates the fact that you don’t need to go on a strict diet, but you should be eating a balanced diet. It’s up to you to decide what that looks like for you as an individual.
Start working out

Exercise might not be your favorite thing to do, but it’s something you have to get on board with if you want to look and feel better about yourself.
Brianah suggests signing up for a gym membership or finding fitness trainers on YouTube who post awesome tutorials.
Get into emotional and spiritual alignment

Brianah’s final piece of advice is to get into emotional and spiritual alignments. She says, “You need to be getting right with God. Godfidence. Ever since I started keeping him at the center, I feel so confident.”
How beautiful is that? She further explains that women who are dealing with wounded feminine energy need to start healing immediately.
You can heal your wounded feminine energy by writing your thoughts down in a journal and meditating whenever you have some alone time.
