Abuse in any form is a valid reason to end your relationship. Immediately.
It’s crucial to realize that abuse in any form is absolutely unacceptable in a romantic relationship.
In fact, it’s unacceptable in any relationship, romantic or otherwise.
Abuse can be physical, sexual, emotional, verbal, or psychological. Don’t get stuck in the trap of believing that abuse you might be enduring isn’t legitimate because it isn’t physical in a way that leaves you with bruises or scars.
Any form of abuse should be the end of your relationship

Forms of abuse that impact your mind and perception of yourself are just as serious as physical or sexual abuse.
If you have the slightest inclination that you’re being abused by your partner, you must look at your situation as a deal-breaking circumstance.
It doesn’t matter how many times your partner apologizes to you or tries to weasel their way back into your life in a toxic cycle. Abuse is never excusable.
Controlling and jealous tendencies are signs of future abuse

Being in a loving relationship is supposed to make you feel like you’re on top of the world. You’re supposed to feel like you’re “free.”
If you feel like you’re being controlled, there’s no possible way for you to enjoy that sense of lovey-dovey freedom.
Dating a controlling partner who exhibits signs of jealousy is a horrible route to take.
This should be seen as a dealbreaker since it’s unhealthy to date someone who always wants to have power over you.
Healthy relationships are meant to be partnerships between two people who know they can be themselves.
When you’re stuck dating someone who’s controlling and jealous, it’s difficult for you to relax in your relationship since you have to be on your best behavior to keep things running smoothly.
Oftentimes, controlling and jealous tendencies lead to serious forms of abuse if it goes unchecked for long enough.
