Wouldn’t it be a dream come true to only eat pizza every day forever?
There are so many delicious pizza options out there, and it’s sort of difficult to get tired of something so delicious.
Quora users have shared several honest responses about what they believe would be the result of a pizza-only diet.
VeryWellFit also has a lot to say about chowing down on a pizza-only diet for weight loss purposes.
Is a diet of JUST pizza that bad?

One man on Quora wrote, “I lived in Italy for 3 years and ate pizza practically every day. The rest of my diet was espresso, dark chocolate, and gelato. Never had a problem.
“The secret? I always ate pizza topped with vegetables. Peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, and of course lots of tomatoes.”
In his eyes, eating a meal with enough protein and veggies is all you really need.
Another Quora user named Davide described the difference in eating pizza made in Italy compared to the USA.
While working at an Italian pizzeria, he consumed free pizza almost daily for about a year.
American pizza with all of its greasy oil isn’t exactly the best bet for anyone though, he added.
Quora user Nathan said, “The unhealthiness comes with eating your macro-nutrients in excess.
“Since pizza is so customizable, if you adjust the crust sizes and ingredients, cheese portions, and add enough vegetables and meats to keep your nutrition levels in check, you could subsist as healthy on pizza as with almost any other diet.
“Now, if you were to order a pizza for every meal… That would be much harder to do.
“A pizza is what you make it, it can be as healthy or as unhealthy as you wish.”
Another Quora user named Ourania shared her story about eating pizza every day for a year.
During that time, she was also walking a minimum of one mile per day and participating in college conditioning classes.
She said, “I lost weight, all my numbers (cholesterol, blood sugar and so on) were all within normal range. I felt physically and mentally okay.”
Based on these personal accounts of pizza-eating on a consistent basis, it seems that eating pizza as your main food source isn’t exactly the worst meal in the world.
Pizza that’s overloaded with oil and carbs can easily become an issue, though.
Opting for pizza made with gluten-free crust, cauliflower crust, chickpea, or sweet potato is a great place start.
Pizza crust doesn’t have to be full of unnecessary carbs when there are healthier substitutions.
Sugar-free pizza sauce is always an option when making homemade pizzas — and it tastes the same. Sadly, you won’t always find sugar-free pizza sauce on the menu at restaurants.
Meat can add protein to any pizza and veggies can fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
Based on the ingredients that come together in the design of your pizza AND based on your exercise routine, it’s possible to lose weight while enjoying slices of heaven on a consistent basis.
