Operating at a high vibration is a lovely accomplishment. Not everyone has learned the art of it since many people live in a constant state of fear, shame, or negativity.
When you’ve mastered the true meaning behind operating at a high vibrational state, it’s something you should protect and hold onto.
On this Thankful Thursday, here are 7 ways you can utilize gratitude to protect your high vibrations.
As a reminder, when you’re a high vibrational human, it is easier to manifest beautiful things into your life.
Gratitude + Your high vibrations

When someone approaches you with a negative opinion or criticism, show them gratitude for their willingness to be honest with you.
When a low vibrational person enters your space to gossip, complain, or drain your energy, be grateful you have the ability to remove yourself from that environment. You are not a tree with roots planted in one spot forever. You can leave!
When you catch yourself doing something only a people pleaser would do, show yourself gratitude for your willingness to try and make others happy. Then, reassess your priorities. Take a moment to remember that people-pleasing isn’t actually good for you in the long run, and consider the ways you can put yourself first instead.
When you notice that you’re feeling lonely, show yourself gratitude for learning how to enjoy your own company. Show yourself gratitude by embracing solitude. You can make this happen by noting all the relaxing, fun, or pleasurable things you’re free to do when you’re alone without input from outsiders.
When you catch yourself growing envious when comparing yourself to others, send the other person waves of mental gratitude for inspiring you to level up in your own life.
When you’re full of fear about something frightening, give your body gratitude for doing its job to protect you from negative outcomes. And then give your body permission to ease up in the fear receptor department by reminding yourself that you are safe.
When it feels really f***ing difficult to let something go or forgive someone who hurt you, show the event or the person gratitude for building a stronger version of you that knows how to avoid similar heartache in the future.
