We all deserve to be surrounded by a solid friend group we can trust.

If you’ve ever been through a friend breakup, you know that they can be more painful than a romantic breakup.

If you’ve ever been betrayed by a friend, you know just how long that sting can last!

On Manifestation Monday, here’s a breakdown of five friendships you should actively be manifesting into your life.

Friends who celebrate your good news with you

You should be comfortable sharing your good news with your friends!

If you can tell that they’re secretly, bitter, annoyed, or jealous whenever something good happens in your life, that isn’t a real friend.

Friends who hold you accountable

You don’t want to be surrounded by people who are always telling you what you want to hear.

Your friends should be truthful, honest, and willing to hold you accountable… Even when it’s uncomfortable.

If you can’t trust your friends to be with you, who can you trust?!

Friends who show up for you when it’s not always convenient for them

It’s easy to be a friend to someone who’s conveniently located. It’s easy to be a friend to someone who’s always living a happy go lucky life.

But what if a hardship suddenly occurs? You should be able to trust that your friends will show up for you when it isn’t the most convenient thing in the world for them.

Friends who aren’t scared of confrontation

Many people believe it’s easier to go silent instead of bringing up something that makes them uncomfortable because they would rather avoid confrontation.

In long-lasting, healthy friendships, both people involved have to know how to communicate with each other.

If not, it will feel like your friendship is fake and surface-level.

Friends who reciprocate effort

You shouldn’t always be the only person exerting your energy and efforts to keep the spark of a friendship alive.

Both people involved should reciprocate energy and effort.

For example, you shouldn’t be the one always covering the Uber tab when you and your friend go out.

You shouldn’t be the one always driving your friend around when you guys have plans.

You shouldn’t be the one always letting them borrow your clothing if the same courtesy hasn’t been offered to you.

Do you already have friends who meet this criteria? Are you actively working on manifesting friends who will show it for you and all the right ways?
