Never dim your shine for the comfort of others.

On Wellness Wednesday, it’s time to unpack just how serious it is to continue shining despite how “irritating” you might be to unhealed people.

If you’re doing the inner work and going through the difficult process of healing your traumas, becoming the best version of yourself, and elevating to a place of happiness and fulfillment, then you have every right to continue doing exactly what you’re doing.

Most people in this life will never take the necessary steps they need to elevate in life because they think it’s “too much work” or “too much effort.”

It’s not your job to convince anyone around you to elevate, heal their traumas, or live a more fulfilling life.

Many people are comfortable settling in mediocrity and it’s not your job to convince them otherwise.

All you can do is continue glowing up and shining, even if your shine is irritating to unhealed people.

Certain people around you want to stay in darkness, but that doesn’t mean you should dim your light to make them feel better about themselves.

In many cases, when you’re on an elevation journey, you’ll notice that you outgrow certain people who simply aren’t keeping up with you.

It’s not the worst thing in the world, but it can be slightly heartbreaking.

The only two options are to hope and pray they’ll be willing to embark on their own elevation journey to catch up to you… or get excited about all the new friendships and relationships that will be blossoming in your life as you reach each new level of elevation.

It’s refreshing to make connections with new people who speak the same language of you about being a high vibrational human being.

You might notice that when you continue trying to force connections with people who don’t care about elevation, it will leave you emotionally exhausted, drained, and disappointed.
