Now that Thankful Thursday has arrived, it’s time to break down some of the best self-love practices we can be grateful for every day.

These books are totally at your disposal, and you can read them without taking them home anytime you want.

Delete any apps that have been giving a toxic vibe

Digital cleanses can be life-changing once in a while.

It might be the perfect time to delete any apps that have been giving you a toxic vibe. For example, if Bumble and Tinder keep sending you on low vibrational spirals, get rid of them.

It’s okay to listen to your body and get some rest when you need it.
