There’s no reason to feel guilty about certain things when you aren’t harming anyone or truly doing anything wrong!

Unfortunately, a lot of people live in a constant state of guilt and shame over things that are totally unreasonable.

On Shadow Work Sunday, here’s a breakdown of five things you should no longer allow yourself to feel guilty about.

Ending friendships, relationships, and situationships that don’t serve you

You should protect your heart first, even if it means letting someone else down in the process.

Remember that you wouldn’t even need to consider ending a friendship, relationship, or situationship if you were being treated properly in the first place.

Being assertive

You deserve to have a voice, you deserve to take up space, and you should feel comfortable saying whatever’s on your heart.

Having an unproductive day

Your value doesn’t decrease based on how productive you are. If you’re as ambitious as me, this is a hard concept to grasp, but it’s necessary to understand.

Distancing yourself from low vibrational people

I prefer spending time with people who speak my language… People who are interested in elevation and self-growth.

I’m not going to feel guilty for distancing myself from people who have lackluster mindsets.

Embracing interests and hobbies that you’re passionate about

I’m into a few things that I’ve definitely been judged for like pole dancing and using manifestation techniques to manifest things into my life.

I’m not going to feel guilty for loving what I love, especially when my unique hobbies and belief systems aren’t harming anyone – and that same rule should apply to everyone!
