Stop with the self-deprecating humor.
The way we speak about ourselves manifests. If you’re into the Law of Attraction to any degree, then none of this should come as a shock.
On Transformation Tuesday, here’s what you should know about releasing yourself from the shackles of making negative jokes about yourself.
Self-deprecating humor is toxic AF

When you make jokes about yourself being broke, fat, ugly, forever single, friendless, or anything else, it’s actually toxic.
Some people lean into self-deprecating humor to come across as more likable or relatable to others.
Truly, who gives a sh** about how likable or relatable you are if your reality manifests in a sh***y way because of it?
Whether we’re joking or not, our thoughts create our realities which means we should be wary of thoughts that formulate into words we speak out loud.
Some examples of jokes people make that need to be retired FOREVER?
“I’m so broke, people break into my house to leave me food.”
“I’m so fat, I’d turn Edward Cullen into a diabetic.”
“I’m so ugly, I look in the mirror whenever I need to be punished for something.”
“I’m so single, my phone only vibrates to tell my battery’s dying.”
Choose to speak highly of yourself.
We’re naturally our own worst critics so we should combat that by being our own best supporters too.
