Music lovers respect Dua Lipa for her iconic career as a pop star.

What do her fans have to say about it when it comes to Dua’s gems of wisdom regarding love, dating, and relationships?

Dua has spoken up a lot about the world of romance in the past. She’s also in the midst of a sweet relationship with none other than Callum Turner at the moment.

She clearly knows what she’s doing when it comes to her life! Here are some solid pieces of advice from the “Levitating“ songstress.

First, the power of manifestation can improve your love life.

According to Elle, Dua said, “The power of manifestation and writing things into existence with the power of words. When you know your worth, you know what you want and what you don’t want.”

Getting into your journal to write down details about what you want your dream relationship to look like is a brilliant idea.

Second, figure out what your non-negotiables are.

According to Billboard, Dua said, “You learn about your own non-negotiables. I think that’s an important thing. It’s of course the right person, but it’s really about the right relationship. And you find that in friendships and in love relationships as well, of your non-negotiables. What are you willing to give up? I want someone who’s loyal and open and honest, and that’s what I’m willing to be as well in return. You figure out what those things are for you.”

Once you decide what your non-negotiables are, you should never waver on them.

Third, don’t stay in a relationship if it’s already run its course.

According to CBC, Dua said, “My first ever relationship I stayed in for way longer than I should have done because I felt like that was the way that things were supposed to be. You just kind of learn from all those experiences, and I’m at a place now where I just won’t stand for that — not even for a second.”

You’ll know deep inside when a relationship is over! At that point, feel confident in your decision to walk away.

Fourth, embrace times in your life when you’re single and reap the benefits.

According to People, Dua said, “A lot of people wish their singledom away looking for someone else, but I think the whole point of spending that time alone is to really figure out what you need, and who you are in the silence and who you are without someone.”

Instead of looking at your single error as a lonely era, turn it into a self-love era above all else.

Fifth and finally, end things if you’re noticing too many red flags.

When talking about her song “Houdini,“ Dua said, “I think the whole idea of it is like Houdini in the sense of like, ‘Okay, there are too many red flags here, and I gotta dip’.”

It’s perfectly okay to walk away from a relationship that isn’t serving you. If you’re noticing one too many red flags from your partner, ending things right away is completely acceptable.
