Here’s a breakdown of how I “do” self-love. Keep in mind that self-love looks different for everyone. What works for one person may not work for another.

The way you choose to take care of yourself from the inside out is what is most important. These ideas may push you in the right direction if you’re unsure of where to start.

Individualized self-love routine

I pay for a monthly energy cleanse by an energy healer who removes bad energy from my body and helps protect me from people who don’t have my best interest at heart for $55/month.

I pay for pole fitness dance classes at my local studio. Pole dancing makes me feel sexy, confident, and beautiful, which amplifies my self-love. $179/month.

I pay for ClassPass so I can drop into Pilates, yoga, and Zumba classes throughout the month as well. $39/month. Sometimes more, depending on my needs.

I get a monthly massage as well. 90-minute sessions for $129/month.

My fiancé pays for my full body waxes, $100/month. He also pays for my nails and toes, which are $100/month too.

I script out my dream life in my journals, and everything I’ve manifested has come true so far – or is in the process of coming true.

I wear and own healing crystals that promote self-love. I’ve got healing crystals in my rings, bracelets, belly button piercings, and more.

I’ve made it a conscious decision to only spend time in the presence of people who love me and have my best interest at heart unless extenuating circumstances are being forced onto me.

I do my makeup whenever I’m going on date night with my fiancé so I can feel like a Barbie princess.

We attend church every other week so I can fill up on the word of God.

I run an entire lifestyle brand that’s dedicated to relationship advice, travel tips, manifestation methods, and more.

Whatever feels good to you when it comes to self-love should be prioritized in your monthly, weekly, or daily routine.
