Breathwork

She recommends the 3-6 breathing, where you breathe in for three and exhale for six.

Walking

Walking for at least 15 minutes not only aids in regulating the nervous system but has plenty of other benefits.

Dancing/shaking

Moving your body through dancing aids wonderfully in regulating your nervous system.

Legs up the wall

Cold exposure

Olivia advises that you can opt for an ice facial that involves submerging your face in a bowl of ice, a cold shower, or a cold plunge.

ETF tapping

Emotional freedom tapping(EFT)  is a self-regulation technique that involves tapping at various points of your face and body while thinking of the negative thoughts and emotions that you want to release.

Direct sunlight in the morning

She advises that we should get sunlight on our eyes in the morning (you don’t have to look into the sun).
