The brain is always active “always” and the electrical activity is displayed using the brain waves.
There are five types of brain waves Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma and Theta.
For this case our main focus is on the Theta brain wave.
This brain wave is seen right before we fall asleep when we are in that calm and relaxed mode.
We view it as a gateway to your subconscious mind, our focal point.

As we fall asleep “in the Theta brain wave” our mind and body experience deep restoration.
And this state is responsible for intuition, healing, and creativity.
As we are aware, our subconscious mind takes over while we fall asleep, and this is the perfect time to make suggestions and imprint them into our being.
By making suggestions through visualization, new neuro-pathways are formed, and with time, the information is interpreted as reality.
You can use this for manifestation and problem-solving.
As Thomas Edison said, “Never go to sleep without making suggestions to your subconscious mind”.
How do you jump on the Theta brain wave? You can use subliminal music (there’s plenty on YouTube) or relaxation techniques such as releasing tension in your body.

In that relaxed state, you want to make suggestions to your brain using visualization or even asking for solutions to problems.
What happens when you fall asleep in that trance-like state is that your subconscious mind, which continues to work, can embed those images as a new reality and find creative solutions to problems.
You might want to note any newfound information you may have when you get up.
Give it a try for a while, and let us know if you find solutions, a splurge of creativity, or your desires manifesting.
