It’s a vibrational thing.
Tapping into feelings of gratitude puts you in a light and airy mood that the universe or, if you prefer, God, loves.
Today we want you to walk away with a few easy ways to get into this attractive state.
The “Before your feet touch the ground”
Here’s our little fun practice: before your feet touch the ground in the morning, you will state 3 or more things you are grateful for.
Be sure to start with the chance you’ve accorded to witness said beautiful day.
Gratitude journaling

It’s quite simple grab a notebook or a digital notepad and write as many things you are grateful for that come to mind.
Breathe in that feeling of being blessed close the page and continue with your day.
Whichever time you prefer to do this is totally up to you, we prefer morning and right before bed.
Specs of gratitude
The way this works is that you will be going through your day and you will see, hear, or remember something and feel a spec of gratitude.
Vocalize it literally or in your head.
It might go something like, “That flowering tree is so beautiful; I am grateful to witness it.”

If you are a believer this is even more blissful.
When doing your daily devotion you throw in gratitude in there.
You might prefer to start with gratitude and then follow with what you would like your God to do in your life or vice versa.
Whispers of a gratitude jar.
Keep a clear gratitude jar and use colorful sticky notes with things you are super grateful for big or small.
At the end of the year open your piggy gratitude jar and witness how blessed you are.
