At some point in the adulting journey you are hit by the sudden urge to level up.

And we’re not talking about chopping up your hair and dyeing it, although it’s totally valid. We are talking about the urge for radical change.

You wanting to shed you skin and become a new person “your dream woman.”

We feel that no one can give reinvention tips better than TikTok creator @Codialyn.

Codi went from doing various hustles such as bartending and working at her families business to becoming a full time content creator.

She’s charming, feminine and oozes confidence.

Steps to Reinventing Yourself

Nothing works better than a step by step guide and codi gives her audience exactly that.

Figure out who you want to be

Codi advices that you should write down exactly who you are trying to become.

She prefers to write who she sees herself 10 years from now and refers to her as her ‘higher self’

So have a clear vision.

Tune out the noise

She says that we should tune out the people, especially those close to you.

Our friends and family are so used to us that the moment we try to become a higher version they freak out.

They don’t understand it.

Don’t water down your goals

Codie says that if you are going to go after your dreams then you shouldn’t settle for any watered-down version.

Go all in ladies.

Forget who you used to be.

She says that this is hands down the best piece of advice she can give any woman on this journey.

Bury who you used to be and embody who you are becoming.

Re-evaluate your circle of friends

Are you friends in alignment with who you’re trying to become or who you used to be?

We love this concept we learned from a YouTuber called Aww Alexis, who suggests movie friendships that no longer align with you to acquaintances.

Like an onion the inner layer is your friends the outer is acquaintances.

Focus on God

Codie says that when you know who God wants you to become then you are in alignment.

Build your relationship with your God.
