Taylor Swift, Gigi Hadid, and Demi Lovato ALL dated Joe Jonas
Joe, like many other celebrities, succumbed to Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live skit “Plead the Fifth” in 2016.
Andy interrogated him about his famous ex-girlfriends, but not without some warm-up questions. Joe had no trouble answering the first few questions, but it was the last question that sort of threw him for a loop.
Andy asked him to play “Shag, Marry, or Kill: Ex-Girlfriend Edition.” (Keep in mind that shagging simply means having sex.)
He listed Taylor, Gigi, and Demi as the three options.
Joe dated Taylor in July 2008, before ending things in a 27-second phone call after three short months together. She talked about the jarring split on Ellen DeGeneres’s talk show.
Joe dated Demi for a few months in 2010, after filming the beloved Disney Channel Camp Rock franchise by her side. After their split, she posted a tweet letting everyone know they were still friends with each other.
Joe dated Gigi from 2014 to 2015 before she moved on with Zayn Malik. At the time, Joe told The Daily Mirror via Hollywood Life, “I think it’s interesting that she moved on so quickly. I mean it was definitely very quick.”
While playing “Marry, Shag, or Kill,” Joe quickly selected Demi as his wife. He explained his reasoning saying, “She’s a friend.”
But when it was time for Joe to pick between killing or shagging Taylor and Gigi, things got a little… uncomfortable.
“This is a game, right?” he asked, before taking a pause.
The Jonas Brothers singer ultimately admitted that he would shag Taylor and murder Gigi. Yiiiikes! This choice rubs salt in the wound, especially after Joe made those, ahem, comments about how swiftly Gigi moved on with Zayn.
As of now, Joe is rumored to be dating a new woman named Laila Abdallah.
