This is week 12 of my Semaglutide journey as I prepare for my wedding, which is in nine months.
I started taking Semaglutide injections 12 weeks ago, and I’m down 20 pounds so far.

I was approved for Semaglutide because I’m insulin resistant, pre-diabetic, and it’s really difficult for me to lose weight… even with a super clean diet and exercise every single day.
I knew I had to do something in addition to diet and exercise in order to shed weight for my wedding.
I also have thyroid issues that make it really difficult to lose weight. To top it off, I’m on birth control, which makes it even harder to lose weight. But since I’m not planning to have kids anytime soon (or at all), I can’t get off birth control.
So, Alex from ALX Aesthetics has completely changed my life.
The first 20 pounds are gone. I feel so much better, I feel more energetic, and I feel amazing.
Alex is the most thoughtful, caring, and sweet person I’ve ever worked with. I have a severe medical phobia, so anything doctor-related makes me freak out.
She’s super gentle and patient with me, and that is exactly what I need because I freak out if I go to the doctor’s office. I don’t feel scared when I’m at her med spa, though. I feel safe!
I meet with Alex once a week at her clinic in Las Vegas. It’s such a chill and relaxing vibe! She gives me my Semaglutide injections and sets me up on the Fit & Tone machine that tricks my body into thinking I’m doing hundreds of crunches.
In conjunction with my Semaglutide injections and the Fit & Tone machine, I’m keeping up with Pilates, Zumba, hot girl walks on an incline, weight machines, the stairmaster, aerobics, and an 1800-calorie diet of fruits, vegetables, and proteins.
My experience so far at ALX Aesthetics has been a game-changer, and I can’t wait to fully achieve my wedding day results.
