It’s week 19 of receiving Semaglutide injections from ALX Aesthetics in Las Vegas.

During my week 18 visit at ALX Aesthetics, Alex set me up on the Fit & Tone machine to trick my body into thinking it was doing 30,000 crunches in 30 minutes.
The machine is not comfortable by any stretch of the imagination, but it still makes a positive impact on people like me who are trying to slim down in the waist area.
She gave me my Semaglutide injection to start. She followed that with a B-12 shot with L-Carnitine for an added boost.
My diet has consisted of low-carb choices for week, 18, which has been very easy to keep up with thanks to Semaglutide injections.
My main forms of exercise have been hiking with my fiancé and going to HOTWORX sessions. HOTWORX offers hot Pilates, hot cycling, hot yoga, and more.
I’ve also been keeping up with my daily supplement including Chlorophyll, Golo, powdered L-Carnitine, and apple cider vinegar.
I feel incredibly supported on this journey thanks to Alex who understands the challenges that come along with trying to lose weight before a specific date.
The good news is that it’s looking like I’ll DEFINITELY reach my goal weight about 3.5 months early, based on the speed at which my weight is dropping right now.
