The wounds of the music world are finally healing.

Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato have officially parted ways with Scooter Braun, one of the most talked-about music managers of this era.

Scooter also happens to be one of Taylor Swift‘s greatest enemies.

Taylor came out on top in her battle against Scooter by rerecording her first six albums after he bought the rights to them.

Fast forward to now, and his clients are starting to fall off in a massive way.

Why are musicians ditching Scooter Braun?

Demi is totally done with Scooter as her manager after four years of working together, according to Billboard.

After Demi’s overdose scandal in 2019, Scooter started representing her. At the time, she was stoked about it.

She even shared an IG post saying, “Dreams came true for me. I officially have a NEW MANAGER. And not just any manager but the one and only Scooter Braun.”

She released 2021’s Dancing With the Devil … the Art of Starting Over and 2022’s Holy F*ck while working with Scooter.

Ariana is peacing out from her time with Scooter after a decade.

She connected with the music manager while transitioning from a career as a child TV star into a serious pop artist. Six albums later, and Ariana is now done with him as a manager.

Other artists who’ve ditched Scooter include Carly Rae Jepsen, J Balvin, BabyJake, and Asher Roth.

Vox says Justin Bieber is doing his best to get out of his contract with Scooter as well.

After what Scooter put Taylor through, his current circumstances might just be career karma coming around full circle.
