I’m on week 22 of getting Semaglutide weight loss injections from ALX Aesthetics in Las Vegas.
As of this week, I have dropped to 55 pounds! How insane is that? The progress I’m seeing is astounding.
I couldn’t be more grateful. Even with PCOS, insulin resistance, and thyroid issues, I was able to drop 55 pounds.
Looking back at older pictures of myself makes me realize how far I’ve come and fills me with loads of gratitude for Alex Viray, the owner of ALX Aesthetics.

At my week 22 appointment, Alex gave me a Semaglutide injection in my belly along with a B-12 injection with L-Carnitine.
The combination of these injections helps boost weight loss to make it happen faster.
She set me up on the Fit & Tone machine so my belly thought it was doing 30,000 crunches in 30 minutes.
I’m totally obsessed with Alex and I’m obsessed with this entire journey. It feels good to start feeling like myself again, finally.
Obviously, I still have a long ways to go because I want to lose 100 pounds in total.
I lost 55 pounds so far, but ultimately, I want to be skinny as a rail on my wedding day.
Along with my week 22 appointment at ALX Aesthetics, I’ve also been exercising and doing my best to eat clean.
My main form of exercise this week was using my desk bike. I write my articles on the desk bike during work hours since I work from home.
My diet wasn’t totally perfect this week, but it was still something I can be proud of. I’m sooo looking forward to reaching the ultimate goal of 100 pounds lost.
