As of week 26 getting Semaglutide injections at ALX Aesthetics, I am 66 pounds down. Is that not insane?!
I am so ecstatic about this progress. It feels unreal.
I completely adore visiting ALX Aesthetics with Alex Viray because she’s actively doing everything in her power to help me reach my wedding day weight loss goals.
My original goal has been to drop 100 pounds in total, which means I’m only 34 pounds away.

My week 26 appointment with Alex went well. She administered the Semaglutide injection into my belly, followed by a B-12 injection with an L-Carnitine boost.
These injections have been curbing my appetite and keeping me on track throughout this journey.
Alex also set me up on the Fit & Tone machine in her clinic. It tricked my body into thinking I did 30,000 crunches in 30 minutes.
Being 66 pounds down is so mind-boggling to me and Alex has genuinely become one of my best friends.
As far as my exercise and nutrition beyond my week 26 appointment, I’ve been doing well.
My membership at HOTWORX ended, so my access to Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga also ended. I’m okay with that, though, because I signed up for membership somewhere else.
I’m now at Vertica Fitness, which is a pole-dancing fitness studio! It has been so fun so far, and the dance class have been working me to the core.
My diet has consisted of Lean Cuisine meals, salad wraps, and regular salads. I did three days of fasting for autophagy. I also enjoyed a brunch meal of French toast, but that one meal didn’t throw me off track.
