TikToker @EmOnTheBrain explains how realizing this made so many Universal Laws make sense for her – and how she uses this knowledge to manifest

Using Neuroscience 

“The first step in manifesting using neuroscience is understanding that how your brain is wired determines your thoughts and behaviors which determines the energy you’re putting out.”

In other words, your subconscious mind controls your body. Thinking patterns have been created. 

And you’re programmed to act in whatever way makes those thinking patterns true. 

The best time to manifest

“The best time to rewire the brain and reprogram the subconscious mind is when theta brainwave activity is high.”

The theta state is similar to the feeling of being asleep and dreaming. 

You feel highly relaxed due to gradually losing conscious awareness. 

Think of hypnosis. It puts people in this trance-like state where their mind is super impressionable. That’s because theta brain activity is high!

Other times we’re in this state include meditation, as we’re falling asleep, and as we’re waking up. 

“Fill your brain with the information you wanna manifest during these times.”

Sound and music for manifesting 

“You can also increase neuroplasticity and rewire your mind using frequencies of sound.”

Sound frequencies can affect your behavior, especially with its ability to influence emotions.

“Realize that the lyrics in the music that you listen to are what you’re manifesting. I go so far where if I hear them say something I do not wanna manifest into my life, I say in my head ‘I do not claim that’.”

You have the power to reject a lot of the negative energy in your life to make room for more abundance.  Changing the music you listen to is a good start!
