How important is your sleep schedule? Is getting enough sleep at night enough of a reason to make you want to relocate somewhere new?
Some states across America happen to be full of people who get deeper sleep than others.
Exhale Wellness conducted a study to find out which states get the best sleep at night. Here’s what they uncovered.
Top 10 states for deep sleep

According to Exhale Wellness, Minnesota comes in first place as a state full of deep sleepers, who are getting as much rest as they need.
Colorado is second in line with Vermont following in third place. Nebraska and South Dakota respectively snag the fourth and fifth positions.
Oregon is the sixth state full of deep sleepers with Montana following in seventh place. In eighth place, you’ll find Wyoming followed by North Dakota in ninth place.
The 10th state where sleepers are getting a solid amount of rest is Idaho.
Deepanshu Bedi from Exhale Wellness spoke on the topic saying, “While there is a big difference when looking at sleeplessness in adults with different states, it’s interesting to compare the sleeplessness of different age groups as well.
“According to these statistics, those aged 65 and over get better sleep, with younger generations faring the worst.
“There is no shortage of things to stress over these states, and worries about everyday living can have a detrimental effect on sleeping patterns.”
Living in bustling and busy states like New York, California, Nevada, Florida, and Texas likely isn’t helping much if you struggle with insomnia.
Are any of these states worth relocating to based on your sleep patterns? Let us know in the comments below.
