Now that Transformation Tuesday is here, it’s a great time to reflect on wisdom from Neville Goddard.

In his teachings, he talks explicitly about the difference between spending time and investing time…

Of course, we’re referring to the way you approach your thoughts, your time, and your money.

Invest instead of spend

Spending is NEVER a word that should be used when it comes to the way you think, the way your time flows, and the way you circulate finances.

Instead, Neville Goddard says we should be using the word invest. If everything is an investment, nothing is being wasted.

It’s crucial to approach the most important things in life with this type of mentality.

If you’re investing your time studying, then your time is not being wasted. You’re investing time into your future.

Studying leads to passing grades, which leads to a complete education, which leads to better career opportunities.

If you’re investing money into date night plans with your partner, then your money is not being wasted.

You’re investing money into your romantic relationship to forge a deeper and more meaningful connection.

If you’re investing your thoughts into 30 minutes of meditation, hypnosis, mindset podcasts, scripting, vision boarding, or visualizing each day, your thoughts certainly aren’t being wasted, either.

Reframing the way you think about “spending” by replacing the word with “investing” is a simple way to start transforming your entire life.
