At the time, Usher was one of the biggest performers in the music industry. Braun got Usher to come and listen as Bieber was recording songs during his first Atlanta trip.
Impressed, Usher and Braun signed them to their record label.
The label was created so that the duo could sign Bieber and have control over his music production.
While they have tried to sign other talent, Bieber is the only person who’s ever signed with the label.
