Tons of celebrity cameos took place on Gossip Girl across all six seasons. Model Karlie Kloss showed up at one point.

Hilary Duff arrived to play the role of one of Dan Humphrey’s girlfriends. Tyra Banks even appeared in a few episodes as Serena van der Woodsen’s boss.

But what about all the talented musicians who appeared on the show as themselves?

These are the top five musician cameos Gossip Girl fans had the chance to see while watching the show.

Gwen Stefani.

Gwen Stefani appeared in Season Two of Gossip Girl during a flashback episode of Lily van der Woodsen’s youth.

Gwen was on stage performing with her usual level of hype and vibrancy.

Gwen will always be a beloved musician with songs like “Hollaback Girl” and “The Sweet Escape” on her discography.

In the episode, she performed “Stand and Deliver” with the rest of her band, No Doubt.

Lady Gaga.

Seeing Lady Gaga on Gossip Girl was a real win for diehard fans of the show watching Season Three.

Gaga showed up to sing “Bad Romance” on an episode that was all about Blair Waldorf and Dan Humphrey’s modernized version of Snow White.

The song was perfectly fitting since it describes a bad romance, and Dan was in the middle of a messy love triangle with Olivia Burke and Vanessa Abrams at the time.

Cyndi Lauper.

Singer Cyndi Lauper arrived at Blair‘s 18th birthday celebration during the second season, which was a total treat for the upper Eastside Princess.

Blair admitted that she was a huge Cyndi Lauper fan earlier in the episode, which meant that meeting Cyndi in the flesh was a dream come true for her.

It was also an opportunity for Blair to connect with her mother, Eleanor Waldorf. Blair’s favorite song from Cyndi? “Girls Just Want to Have Fun”! But Cyndi didn’t actually perform in the episode, sadly.

Robyn.

When Robyn first released the song “Dancing On My Own,” it put her on the map in the pop music world.

She showed up in Season Four to sing the song “Hang With Me” at an intimate Upper Eastside gathering.

Robyn looked amazing in her glamorous dress with a flower tucked behind her ear. Her musical performance was perfectly on par for a show like Gossip Girl.

Florence Welch.

Music lovers are always going to adore Florence Welch. When she first released “Dog Days Are Over“ in 2009 as part of the band Florence + the Machine, there was no turning back the clock on her notoriety.

On Gossip Girl, she performed the acoustic version of the song “Cosmic Love.” It was a total delight.
