Self-love is surrounding yourself with people you can share your wins with.

People who settle for mediocrity will always be uncomfortable watching you elevate. This doesn’t mean you should stop elevating on their behalf, though.

It does mean you should reconsider your friendship choices.

If you’re evolving and your friends are staying the same, what else would you expect to happen?

Your success stories are bound to make them uncomfortable because you’re doing things that are out of the realm of the familiar.

When you find yourself in the position of dimming your shine for their comfort, it’s unnacceptable.

When you find yourself dialing back your successes whenever you talk to them, then YOU are in a losing situation.

Self-love means surrounding yourself with people who celebrate your wins with you and support your aspirations.

Beware of the people who judge you for manifesting greatness by telling you to just “be realistic.”

Sorry, but what if my reality looks different than yours?

You don’t have to fully cut these friendships off if they are meaningful to you, but it’s crucial to protect your energy and your peace in all circumstances.

Keep in mind that you SHOULD feel comfortable talking about all the cool stuff you’re manifesting and working towards with people you care about.

If none of your friends provide that reciprocated energy, consider creating new friendships.

You can do this by attending Law of Attraction meetups, going to church, signing up for fitness classes, attending art classes, or even signing up for a friend app like BumbleBFF.

Try not to be a stifled version of yourself in front of friends who aren’t interested in elevation.

You deserve better than that.
