“I Want You To Know” was a fun song to listen to then, and it still is now.
It seems like they were on top of the world together as too young and attractive stars in the music industry.
They were spotted hanging out at coffee shops, nightclubs, and restaurants throughout the course of their short-lived relationship.
But it didn’t work out, and the two are no longer friends, based on things Zedd has publicly stated in the media.
According to Zedd, his relationship with Selena was more stressful than what he was willing to deal with.
He wanted to enjoy a relationship with her that didn’t feel so aggressively invasive, but that’s not what their reality was.
He complained about the chaotic situation in an interview with Billboard Saying, “Reporters were calling my parents. People were hacking my friends phones. I was pissed. I kind of knew what I was getting myself into. She is one of the most talked about people in the world, but I had no idea how much that would change my life.”
His complaints about Selena‘s level of fame couldn’t have been easy for her to stomach at the time.
Especially because if Selena was a little less famous, there’s a chance her relationship with Zedd could have prospered. What a bummer.
