Crystals often get a bad reputation in spiritual spaces, especially from those who fear they might conflict with faith.

But here’s the truth: crystals are natural creations of the earth — made by God, just like oceans, mountains, and stars.

Everything in existence carries energy, and that includes these beautiful stones.

When used with intention, crystals can become powerful tools to support your manifestation journey — not objects of worship, but energetic allies.

Here are my three favorite crystals and what I use them for…

1. Rose quartz for love

If you’re calling in a relationship, healing your heart, or wanting to deepen your connection with yourself, rose quartz is a must. Its energy is soft, nurturing, and heart-centered. Just holding it can remind you that you are worthy of unconditional love — and that it’s already on its way to you.

2. Citrine for money

Citrine is my go-to for manifesting financial abundance and business blessings. It’s often called the “merchant’s stone” because it’s believed to attract prosperity and success. I like to keep citrine near my wallet or workspace to stay aligned with abundance and inspired action.

3. Carnelian for confidence and “bad b****” energy

Sometimes you need a bold, fearless energy boost — and that’s where carnelian comes in. This fiery stone is tied to motivation, confidence, and stepping into your power. I use it whenever I need to show up boldly, speak my truth, or just remind myself who I am.

Let’s be clear: there’s absolutely nothing wrong with using what God placed on this earth to support your intentions. Crystals are not magic in and of themselves — they’re energetic tools. What matters most is your belief, your intention, and your alignment. Crystals can help you focus, raise your vibration, and hold the frequency of what you’re manifesting.

Where it can go wrong is when people begin to idolize crystals or treat them as gods. That’s not the point — and it’s not necessary. Crystals should never replace your faith, your common sense, or your personal power. They’re there to support you, not control you.

So go ahead and work with what resonates. Hold your rose quartz when you pray for love. Keep citrine in your pocket when you dream up your next money move. Carry carnelian when you want to walk like you own the room. Just remember — the power is within you, and these tools are simply helping you remember that.
