Not everyone watching you is rooting for you.
Some people lurk in silence, never liking, commenting, or supporting — just watching.
And while it may seem harmless on the surface, spiritually, this is a form of access you don’t have to allow.
In the spiritual community, these kinds of people are often referred to as monitoring spirits — individuals who observe your life without love or celebration, but with creeper energy, jealousy, or ill intent.
Whether they know it or not, they’re carrying low-vibrational energy. And your page, your progress, and your peace don’t need that.

Protecting your energy includes your digital space
If you feel uneasy about certain people watching your stories or viewing your content without ever showing support, trust that feeling.
You’re allowed to block, unfollow, or restrict anyone who feels like spiritual static. You don’t owe anyone access to your light — especially if they aren’t aligned with your growth.
Your online presence is still your energy field.
And not everyone deserves a front-row seat to your evolution.
This isn’t about being petty or dramatic — it’s about being discerning.
It’s about clearing out spiritual interference so that your manifestation flow stays clean, protected, and high-vibrational.
You’re allowed to thrive without being watched by people who silently wish they were in your position.
Release them. Block them. Pray for them if you want — but don’t let them drain your glow.
