If you’re starting to feel angry, frustrated, or just plain fed up with how long your manifestation is taking — this is for you.

I’m not going to tell you to remake your vision board or do anything basic and fluffy like that.

These are real, grounded tips for when you’re genuinely ready to throw in the towel.

1. Try the method you’ve been avoiding

If there’s a manifestation method you’ve been feeling “meh” about, now’s the time to just try it. What do you have to lose?

Maybe you’ve avoided robotic rampage affirmations because they seem too intense or repetitive.

It’s a technique where you set a timer and say your affirmations over and over again — out loud, continuously — to completely override the doubts in your mind. It’s powerful, and it works for a lot of people.

Or maybe you’ve skipped present-tense journaling because it reminds you of doing homework.

Or passed on EFT tapping because it looks kind of bizarre. I get it. But if your manifestation hasn’t come yet, why not experiment with the methods you’ve written off?

Everyone is different. What works for one person may not work for another. So be open — your breakthrough might be hiding in the technique you’ve avoided the longest.

2. Pray this specific prayer (if you’re a person of faith)

For my girlies and guys who combine their faith with the law of attraction: get on your knees at the foot of your bed and pray this prayer:

**“God, please either:

  1. Give me the tools I need to bring this manifestation to life,
  2. Remove this desire from my heart if it’s not aligned with my highest good,
  3. Or grant me peace and patience to wait for Your perfect timing.”**

This prayer has helped me immensely. If the desire remains, trust that it’s there for a reason.

If it fades, know that something better is being prepared. God’s timing is always perfect — and this prayer can bring so much clarity and peace during the waiting.

3. Watch Lewis Howes on YouTube

Lewis Howes’ YouTube channel is packed with high-vibe, deeply insightful interviews with some of the greatest minds in personal growth and manifestation.

His content has pulled me out of countless ruts and reminded me why my dreams are worth staying committed to.

If you need to reconnect with your “why,” spend some time with his videos. They’re like a motivational reset for your soul.

4. Take a 72-hour break from manifesting

Stop journaling. Stop visualizing. Stop talking about it. Give yourself a full 72 hours off from your manifestation process — if you can even make it that long.

This is a powerful way to practice the law of detachment. By stepping away, you create space.

And by the time those three days are up, if your manifestation truly matters to you, you’ll feel a renewed fire and eagerness to return to it.

And if you don’t? That’s a valuable insight too.

5. Document the journey

Start recording videos or writing daily journal entries to track your manifestation journey. Turn the process into something fun, exciting, and meaningful — not just a waiting game.

Looking back at old journal entries or videos after a manifestation has come true is so powerful. You get to see proof of your growth and how far you’ve come.

A great example of this is the TikTok creator Sailing with Phoenix, who documented his entire journey from Oregon to Hawaii with his cat after quitting his job.

He didn’t just wait until he reached Hawaii to be happy — he found joy in the journey, and people loved following along.

You can do the same with your own manifestation story. The process is sacred — don’t skip it.

When you feel like giving up, that’s often the moment you’re closest to your breakthrough.

These five tips are here to help you hold the vision a little longer, shift your energy, and remember that your dream is still worth it.

Let it be fun again. Let it be meaningful. Let it be yours.
