People are loving Sylvie from Emily in Paris. She’s an older woman who happens to be Emily‘s boss.
At first, she was pretty cold and unaccepting of Emily.
She was disinterested in having a young American who didn’t speak French frolicking around the office.
Over time, Sylvie has totally warmed up to Emily and she’s attracted tons of loyal fans who’ve been watching the show.

And the actress looks spectacularly good for her age. In the first season they tried to make Emily this girl that everyone falls fall and I fucking love it that a 58 year old woman completely stole her spotlight.”
Someone else added, “It’s so rare to see older women on TV as anything but maternal figures. Sylvie gets actual plot lines about love and her career. She looks amazing.”
